Hungry Asian Boy

Live to eat!

Manzo

11th floor, Times Square, Causeway Bay, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay.

The cousin restaurant to Bistecca Italian Steakhouse at Central, the table had the Bone Marrow as an entree, Rack of Lamb and USDA Wagyu Rib Eye for mains. The rib eyes were both done medium rare, Chicago style (I only put up one photo as my camera skills were somewhat lacking for the other!). The bone marrow servings were nice and big, the moment I put a scoop of marrow on the hot crust french baguette into my mouth, I think the table’s description of my reaction was “intense and total satisfaction” (ok I am a sucker for marrow!!). The steaks were cooked as we order medium rare, well done! I loved the smokey flavor and the juiciness of the beef. Can’t wait to revisit.
